Husband & Wife studio Raydan Watkins Architects specialise in high end, design led residential projects including new build homes, refurbishments, conversions and extensions.
We believe that architecture should be inherently resource-efficient, engaging, delightful and accessible to anyone who experiences it. Our work is focused on using materials, light, and detail to craft spaces that promote wellbeing for the people within them.

We care about the impact we have on the environment and are mindful to build as sustainably as possible. We work on energy efficiency retrofits for existing dwellings, produce energy efficiency retrofit masterplans and phased implementation strategies to suit client budgets, making energy efficiency accessible to all householders. Our practice is a member of the Green Register, an organisation committed to sustainable building design and methods of construction.
