The practice dates back to 1965.

• Building Consultancy – From Damp & Timber Reports to project design, management, and contract administration, we guide and support building projects from early advice through to completion.

Based in Ely, Cambridgeshire, Martin and Mortimer operate under the standards of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), combining deep sector expertise with a collaborative, client focused approach to property advisory work. We survey a wide variety of buildings, both large and small. Some of our current clients include Cadogan buildings in Chelsea, Oliver Cromwell House in Ely as well as various Cambridge Colleges.
